Aussie Favourites delivers worldwide. Our preferred carrier is Australia Post.
After completing your order and proceeding to the online checkout you may select your delivery method from Airmail or SeaMail. The checkout will calculate the exact amount based on the weight of your order. Note: Whilst we can deliver to PO Boxes, we must have a physical address for the Bank's credit card verification system for the order to be processed.
The following table is a guide to approximate delivery charges, which includes a shipping and handling fee to cover protective packaging:

PLEASE NOTE: Weights are based on gross weight of purchases (eg a 235g (net) jar of Vegemite actually weighs 390g). Please note that not all of these services are available to all countries. We also wrap and pack carefully, as our main concern is making sure you receive your goods whole, not in crumbs. This extra care adds to the weight a little. It is not our intention to profit from freight prices, however, sometimes minor discrepencies do occur resulting in Australia Post charging slightly less or slightly more than the software calculates.
It's a case of 'swings and roundabouts' - we wear the losses on the chin when they go your way, so please don't whinge if they occasionally don't go your way. We are constantly refining our shipping calculation software in an effort to minimise these situations. If we see that the postage calculation is over by $20 or more we will gladly refund the difference.
According to Australia Post, the following delivery times will apply:
Airmail: Delivery within 4-10 business days depending upon destination.
Sea Mail: Low priority air dispatch, delivery within 2-3 months depending upon destination.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times of these services which may be delayed if parcels are subject to customs inspection. If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery, please email us at support@aussiefavourites.com.au and we will provide a quote. If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please include your company name in the address details to ensure prompt delivery.
Please note: Whilst we make every effort to despatch within 48 hours of orders, some products are more difficult to source and may delay shipping slightly. Similarly, orders to the US may take slightly longer due to the ridiculous paperwork involved to satisfy the FDA. Fair dinkum...
CUSTOMS
We abide by import restrictions of each destination country and are required to state the contents and value of each parcel dispatched. Customs duties may be payable and are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver of the order.
Please also note that customs may open or inspect your order which may result in a delay.
All orders to the USA are dispatched with prior notice numbers as per FDA requirements.
RETURNED PARCELS
Parcels returned due to no fault of Aussie Favourites (i.e. an incorrectly given or incomplete address or parcel not collected from post office) will only be resent at the customers expense.
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. We will confirm by email when your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
At Aussie Favourites, we package every order with the utmost care to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery. It is very rare for any orders to be damaged in transit, however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact Aussie Favourites at support@aussiefavourites.com.au immediately. We will do our best to rectify the problem. All costs for return postage or freight of any returned items will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. |
